A TapQip card is something you buy, on any plan including Free, and a card you own keeps working whether or not you subscribe. Annual plans include your first card at signup — one per seat on Connect Teams, newly added seats included. On monthly plans there is a one-time $29 initial card & setup charge only when we supply the card: nothing if you already have a usable one, and nothing to reassign an existing company card. Renewals, plan changes and billing-interval changes do not include another card. Additional and replacement cards are $24 each, with no setup fee. Sharing is never metered: taps, scans and profile views have no quota on any plan.

How does the NFC card work?
Hold the card against the back of a modern phone and your Deehvine Connect profile opens in the browser. Phones that prefer to scan can use the QR code printed on the card instead.
Does someone need an app to receive my information?
No. Your digital profile opens in a normal mobile browser. They tap the card or scan the QR code and it is there — nothing to download, no account to create.
Do I have to subscribe at all?
No. Connect Free is a real tier with no time limit, and the Connect Card is a one-time purchase — a physical NFC/QR card whose core functionality is permanent. Subscriptions add identities, customization, analytics history, CRM and administration on top.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your paid features work until then. Your identity is not deleted. Afterwards you keep whatever you own — for most people that is their cards — and anything above it is archived rather than deleted, and comes back if you subscribe again. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund; see our refunds, cancellations & shipping policy.
What happens to a card I have paid for?
It keeps working. Every card ever supplied — bought outright, included with an annual plan, or issued to a Teams seat — permanently keeps its core card functionality: one active identity, NFC and QR sharing, contact details, save-to-contacts, basic customization, 30 days of analytics and up to 100 stored connections.
Can I update my information after sharing my card?
Yes. Change your title, your company, your photo or your links and every card you have ever handed out points to the new version. The card holds one address; you control what lives there.
Is anything metered?
No. Taps, scans and profile views have no quota on any plan, Free included. The only limit of that shape is how many connections a plan stores, and a stored connection is a contact exchange you both agreed to — not somebody looking at your page.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
The features are identical. Monthly is month to month, cancel anytime, with a one-time $29 initial card & setup charge only when we supply the card — nothing if you already have a usable one. Annual is prepaid for twelve months and includes your first card at signup.
What if a payment fails?
You get fourteen days with everything still working. If it is still unpaid after that you fall back to what you own, excess identities and paid-only data are archived rather than deleted, and your cards keep working throughout. Pay and it comes back. Card production and shipping wait for the payment.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect as soon as payment succeeds, with the difference prorated for the rest of the period and your renewal date unchanged. Moving down takes effect at renewal. Changing plans does not include another card and does not trigger another setup charge, because you already have a working card.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Moving to annual takes effect on payment: you are charged the annual price less a credit for the part of the month you have paid for and not used, and a fresh twelve-month term starts. Moving back to monthly waits until the annual term you have paid for runs out. Neither includes another card.
What is Smart Connect?
When someone taps your card, Smart Connect shows them a simple screen asking how they would like to connect, with your personal and business profiles side by side. Available on Connect+ and above; you control whether the card uses it from your Connect dashboard.
Does Connect work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Yes. Add your Connect card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and your identity, your QR code and your profile travel with your phone.
What happens if I lose or replace my physical card?
Your profile is unaffected — it lives at its own address, not on the card. Report the card from your dashboard and it stops resolving immediately. A replacement is $24 with no setup fee, and keeps your profile, your link and your history.
Can you do this for a whole team?
Yes. Connect Teams is priced per paid seat — $7/seat/mo or $70/seat/yr, 3 paid seats minimum — with up to five identities per member, team CRM and analytics, owner and admin roles, centralized member management, onboarding and offboarding and organization branding. Annual seats include a card each. Tell us your team size and we set it up with you.
Do I have to finish my profile before I order?
No. Choose your plan, customize your card and pay. Your card goes into production while you set your profile up at your own pace.
