Web Design & Development

Modern, responsive websites built to perform and convert.

Websites that carry their weight

A website is the first thing most people meet before they meet you. We design and build sites that load quickly, read clearly on a phone, and make the next step obvious, whether that step is booking a call, registering for an event, or giving.

Deehvine Marketing is based in Providence, Rhode Island, and works with small businesses, nonprofits, churches and ministries, and community organizations across Rhode Island, New England and beyond. Most of our sites are built on WordPress so your team can edit content without calling us.

Problems this solves

  • A site that looks dated next to the organization it represents, or still describes what you did three years ago.
  • Visitors who arrive on a phone and leave because the text is small, the menu is awkward, or the page takes too long to appear.
  • A homepage that says a lot but never tells people what to do next.
  • Content locked behind a developer, so a simple change waits weeks.
  • A site nobody can find in search because pages, titles and structure were never planned for it.

What the work includes

  • Discovery: your goals, your audiences, what your current site does well and where it loses people.
  • Information architecture and page structure, planned around how people search and decide.
  • Responsive design across desktop, tablet and mobile, with mobile treated as the primary experience.
  • WordPress build with content you can edit yourself, using a clean, well-documented setup.
  • Accessibility and performance as part of the build, not a later pass: readable type, keyboard access, fast load times, stable layouts.
  • Search-friendly structure, clean URLs, metadata, structured data and an XML sitemap ready for Google Search Console.
  • Forms and integrations: contact and intake forms, event registration, giving or payment links, newsletter and CRM connections.
  • Handover and training so your team is not dependent on us.

How a website project runs

  1. Discover. A working session on goals, audiences and the content you already have. You get a written scope with a fixed price.
  2. Strategy. Site map, page plan and messaging priorities. We agree what each page has to do before anything is designed.
  3. Design. Wireframes, then designed pages for phone and desktop. Two rounds of feedback are built into the schedule.
  4. Build. WordPress development, content entry, accessibility and performance checks, browser and device testing.
  5. Launch and grow. Redirects from old URLs, analytics and Search Console set up, training for your team, and a post-launch review.

Website redesign or a new build?

If your current site has good content but a dated layout, a redesign keeps the URLs and content that already rank while fixing structure, speed and mobile usability. If the site has grown by accident, with pages nobody owns and no clear path for visitors, a fresh build is usually faster and cheaper than untangling it. We will tell you which one you need during discovery, and we preserve search equity with proper redirects either way.

Who it is for

Businesses that need a site to sell or book, churches and ministries that need one to welcome and gather, nonprofits that need one to explain and raise, and community organizations that need one to reach the people they serve. Many of our clients have never run a website project before; the process above is designed for them.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

Our inquiry form asks for a budget range starting under $1,500 and going past $10,000, and we work at every step of that range. A focused small-business or church site with a handful of pages sits at the lower end; a larger site with custom features, integrations and a lot of content sits higher. You get a fixed price in the proposal, not an hourly estimate.

How long does a website take?

Most sites take between four and ten weeks from kick-off to launch. The biggest variable is content: when copy and photos are ready early, the project moves quickly.

Do you build on WordPress?

Yes. WordPress gives your team an editor they can learn in an afternoon, and it does not lock you into us. We also build custom functionality on top of it when a project needs it.

Will the website be accessible and fast?

Both are part of the build. We check color contrast, keyboard navigation, heading structure and screen-reader labels, and we test Core Web Vitals on real mobile devices before launch.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. If you have a logo and guidelines, we design within them. If the identity needs to be created or refreshed, we can do that as part of the same project.
