The first is for the person who has never been inside your building. They are searching on a phone, often on a Saturday night, and they want to know when you meet, where you are, what to expect and whether their kids will be looked after. The second is for the people already in your congregation: sermons to catch up on, events to register for, ministries to join, a way to give when they are not in the room. Most church websites do one of those jobs and quietly fail the other.
Deehvine Marketing designs and builds websites and digital tools for churches and ministries in Providence, Rhode Island, and beyond. We built Ephese OS, a church management and digital experience platform, so we know what happens behind the website as well as in front of it.
Many churches run their week through a mix of spreadsheets, group chats and a church management system nobody fully adopted. Our UX/UI and digital product work covers member and household records, ministry and team organization, event scheduling and communication tools, designed around how volunteers and staff actually work. Our digital solutions work connects the pieces you already have, so a registration on the website lands in the right list without someone retyping it.
A church plant, a new ministry or a congregation that has changed a great deal in a decade often needs an identity that matches. Our branding work covers the mark, the type and color system, and the guidelines that keep bulletins, slides, social posts and the website looking like the same church.
It depends on the number of pages, whether sermons and events need dedicated systems, and how much content needs writing. We provide a fixed price after a discovery conversation, and our inquiry form asks for a budget range so we can propose something realistic. There is no charge for that conversation.
Yes. Sites are built on WordPress with an editor a volunteer can learn in an afternoon, and we include training and a short written guide at handover.
In most cases, yes. We work with the platform you already use rather than replacing it, and we design the give and registration pages so the hand-off to that platform is clear.
