LYS & CO is a professional networking community that brings entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders into the same room. The brand had to feel established enough for senior guests and open enough for someone attending their first event.

The challenge
A networking community lives or dies on whether people show up. The brand and the website had to do three things at once: signal credibility to experienced professionals, feel welcoming to someone who has never attended, and make registering for the next event the easiest thing on the page.
Discovery
We looked at who attends, what convinces them to come the first time and what brings them back, and at how events were being promoted and registered before the project. The registration path in particular had to work on a phone in the moment someone sees an event shared with them.
Strategy
Design the identity and the website as one project so the brand’s voice, type and color carry straight into the site, and build the site around the event lifecycle: announce, register, remind, follow up.

Design decisions
The identity balances polish with warmth: a confident mark and type system for the senior audience, with photography and copy that make the room feel approachable. On the website, each event has its own page with everything a guest needs to decide and register, and the homepage always points to what is next.
Development
The website is built on WordPress with Elementor so the LYS & CO team can publish events and update pages themselves, with the event and registration pages set up to be repeated for every new date.
Outcome
LYS & CO launched with an identity and a website that agree with each other, and a repeatable way to publish and take registrations for every event. Visit the live site.
